What I can do for you

You may be choosing your first marketer. You may already have someone and still find yourself explaining the same things, rewriting the copy or deciding what comes next.

I work with B2B founders on the hire and the marketing work around it: understanding customers, explaining the offer and getting useful work finished. We can work through the hire together, or take on one research, positioning or copy project that needs attention.

First Marketing
Hire & Support

Before the hire, or just after.

Work out who you need, look properly at candidates’ work and give the person you choose a useful start. I stay involved through the business handover and twelve weeks of work with you both on the first project.

€9,000–€12,000 before and after the hire.

Already chosen your marketer? We can start from there. We’ll agree the scope and fee around the work you need.

Interim Marketing Support

The hire is taking time, and there’s work that can’t wait. We choose one marketing priority I can take responsibility for, with the research, messaging, copy and specialist help it needs. I hand over the work when your marketer joins.

€3,500–€5,000 per month · two months initially.

Customer Research & Recommendations

You’ve heard what customers say. There’s still something you need to understand: why they choose you, why they hesitate or what would make the offer more useful. I investigate one decision through six buyer interviews and recommend what to change or test.

€3,500–€5,000 fixed project · indicatively three to five weeks.

Work through a customer question

Positioning, Messaging & Website Copy

You can explain the offer in a conversation, but the website never seems to say it quite right. We work through what buyers need to understand and why they should choose you. Then I write the three core pages we’ve agreed.

€4,500–€6,500 fixed project · indicatively four to six weeks.

Work on your message and copy

Where should we start?

We know something isn’t working. We’re less sure what needs fixing.

That’s enough to start a conversation. Bring an example: the draft you keep rewriting, the sales question you keep answering, or the job description that seems to ask for three people.

We’ll look at what’s happening and what you’ve already tried. Before suggesting a project, I want to understand which problem the work needs to solve. You don’t need to arrive knowing whether to call it positioning, research or something else.

Should we start with research or with positioning and copy?

Let’s look at what you already know. Useful customer interviews, sales conversations and feedback may give us plenty to work with. I’m happy to use research you or someone else has done.

If we’re about to build the message around a guess—why people buy, for example—I’ll explain what we need to find out. You can then decide whether to investigate it before we write the pages.

Do we need a project or interim support?

A project suits a specific piece of work: understanding a buying decision, sorting out your positioning or rewriting the main website pages.

Interim support is for a marketing priority that needs someone to take responsibility while you hire. It includes roughly three to four delivery days a month, with a weekly working session. We choose work that fits that time and the people available to help produce it.

You can book either kind of help on its own. There’s no sequence of packages you have to work through.
