Choose the first priority
Review customer evidence, sales conversations, current marketing, and commercial needs. Choose what to work on during the gap and what will wait.
Interim Marketing Support
The marketer hasn’t started, and the work can’t keep waiting. We choose one priority I can take responsibility for during the gap, then get into what it needs: research, messaging, copy or a campaign brief.
I work with you and the specialists involved, then hand over the material and the decisions behind it to your incoming marketer. We start with two months, with roughly three to four delivery days a month and a weekly working session.
Guide price: €3,500–€5,000 per month; two months initially.
See the scope, timing and payment terms. Excludes VAT where applicable and external costs.
We choose one marketing priority I can take responsibility for while you hire. I do the research, messaging and copy we’ve agreed, brief the specialists involved and review their contribution.
You’ll still make the decisions that need founder authority and arrange design, development, campaign setup and publishing through your team or suppliers. We’ll be clear about those responsibilities before we start. You should know which work you can stop carrying yourself.
You have customers and a marketing priority that cannot wait for your hire. We agree one project I can take responsibility for during the gap, with the time and production support it needs.
The work
Review customer evidence, sales conversations, current marketing, and commercial needs. Choose what to work on during the gap and what will wait.
Depending on the project, I research the customer question, work through the message, write the website or campaign copy, or prepare the campaign brief. I brief and review the specialists involved. We choose what fits the priority and available time before we start.
Examine the response, record decisions and open questions, and work through the handover with your hire. Give them the sources and reasoning behind the work.
Two months initially, with roughly three to four delivery days per month and a weekly working session. The work and availability are agreed in advance.
You provide access to customers and company information, make the decisions that need founder authority, and arrange design, implementation, and campaign setup through your team or suppliers. I take responsibility for the agreed project and the marketing decisions within it.
This service covers a defined transition. We agree the responsibilities, time commitment, fee, and handover point before starting. It can run alongside First Marketing Hire & Support.
One way this could look
Suppose your launch is coming up and the marketer starts later. I’d work with you on the customer conversations, launch message, landing-page copy and campaign brief. When they join, we go through the work together, including why we chose it and what the first response tells us.
For help choosing your first marketer and working on their first agreed marketing project together, see the full first-hire engagement.
Roughly three to four delivery days a month, with a weekly working session. We choose a priority that can be handled properly within that time.
If what you need amounts to a full-time marketing job, I’ll say so. This engagement needs a realistic piece of work and the right people around it to get it finished.
We go through the work together: what’s ready, what’s still moving, why we made the main decisions and what needs attention next. They get the material and the reasoning behind it, so they can take it forward.
If you want me to keep working with you both after the handover, we’ll discuss that scope and fee separately.
We review at week six, while there’s time to decide. We can agree further work and its cost, or finish the initial engagement and hand over what’s been done. Extra months don’t start automatically.
