Choose the first priority
Review customer evidence, sales conversations, current marketing, and commercial needs. Choose what to work on during the gap and what will wait.
Interim Marketing Lead
While you’re hiring, I take responsibility for the marketing work we agree needs to move. When your marketer joins, we work through what’s underway, what we’ve learned and what they’ll take on.
Guide price: €3,500–€5,000 per month; two months initially.

You have customers and marketing work that needs an owner. You are preparing a hire, searching, or waiting for a start date—and the founder cannot keep carrying it all.
The work
Review customer evidence, sales conversations, current marketing, and commercial needs. Choose what to work on during the gap and what will wait.
Conduct research, sharpen positioning, write core website or campaign copy, and turn the priority into a campaign brief. Brief specialists and review their contribution.
Examine the response, record decisions and open questions, and work through the handover with your hire. Give them the sources and reasoning behind the work.
You provide access to customers and company information, make the decisions that need founder authority, and arrange design, implementation, and campaign setup through your team or suppliers. I own the marketing direction and the work named in our agreement.
This service covers a defined transition. We agree the responsibilities, time commitment, fee, and handover point before starting. It can run alongside First Marketing Hire & Support.
Scope, involvement, timing, and fees are set out in a written proposal.
One way this could look
Suppose your launch is coming up and the marketer starts later. I’d work with you on the customer conversations, launch message, landing-page copy and campaign brief. When they join, we go through the work together, including why we chose it and what the first response tells us.
The core engagement connects role definition, candidate assessment, and practical support after your first marketer starts.
A conversation is a good place to start.
Tell me what you want marketing to take off your plate
and where you are with the hire.
We’ll start with a 20–25-minute conversation.
