Agree the question
A kickoff and up to two internal conversations. We agree the decision, the buyer group and the existing evidence I’ll review, so the interviews don’t repeat what you already know.
Customer Research & Recommendations
A focused research project for a decision you need to make: why prospects hesitate, what buyers value, or what to change next.
Guide price: €3,500–€5,000 fixed project fee. Indicatively three to five weeks.
See the scope, timing and payment terms. Excludes VAT where applicable and external costs. The written proposal confirms the exact scope, fee and dates.
You have a decision to make and want it grounded in what buyers actually say. Why do prospects hesitate? What do buyers value? What should you change next? We agree one decision, one offer and one defined buyer group before the interviews begin.
You don’t need a marketing hire, interim support or another project first. If you later want the findings turned into website copy, we can scope that separately.
The work
A kickoff and up to two internal conversations. We agree the decision, the buyer group and the existing evidence I’ll review, so the interviews don’t repeat what you already know.
Six new 45–60 minute interviews with buyers you introduce. I prepare the interview guide, handle scheduling, conduct the interviews and do the analysis.
Findings with the evidence behind them, then a 60–90 minute working session on what to change or test next.
Indicatively three to five weeks, depending on participant availability and the agreed start. Dates are confirmed in the proposal. Payment is 50% at kickoff and 50% at handover.
You introduce interview participants and supply the source material we agree to review. External participant recruitment, incentives, translation, surveys or statistical studies, segmentation, and implementation or copywriting are scoped separately.
Six interviews is the fieldwork limit for this project. They give qualitative evidence for one decision; they are not a representative or statistically validated study.

Yes. I review the usable material we agree on and build on it, so the interviews don’t repeat what you already know.
The project uses contacts and introductions from you. External participant recruitment can be agreed separately if you need it.
I’ll explain what the evidence supports, where the gaps are and what a sensible next step would be. I won’t force a verdict the interviews don’t support.
Yes. It is a standalone project. You don’t need a marketing hire, interim support or another project.
